HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER READING

Summer reading is required for all high school students for the 2008 - 2009 school year.  Students will read the following book during the summer and complete the work in the links below.   Work will be due when students return in August and a quiz will be given the first week of school.  These will be the first recorded grades for the new school year.

9th Grade

And Then There Were None, by Agatha Christie

10th Grade

Girl in Hyacinth Blue, by Susan Vreeland

11th Grade

Peace Like a River, by Leif Enger

12th Grade

Brave New World, by Aldous Huxley

MATH

Math review is recommended for all students for the 2008 - 2009 school year.  Students can find grade appropriate math review at Barnes and Noble or Learning How.  Additional math review packets are available for purchase at www.summerskills.com.
