Mr. David W. Smith, teacher, is a 1998 graduate of Concordia College in Seward, NE, where he received a B.S. degree in elementary education and a Lutheran Teacher’s Diploma. He served as teacher and youth director at Redeemer Lutheran Church and School in Oakmont, Pennsylvania for three years before serving three years as a teacher at Calvary Lutheran School in Baltimore. He joined the HLS staff in 2004. Mr. Smith has also coached several sports at both the elementary and high school level. He is an alumnus of Baltimore Lutheran School and has begun his Master’s degree in Education Administration from Concordia University, Seward, Nebraska.  Mr. Smith resides in Parkville with his family.
