Mr. Ian J. Kretzschmar, teacher, attended Baltimore Lutheran High School. He attended Concordia College, New York and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. God blessed him with the ability and inclination to educate and he has been teaching in the Lutheran system since 1999. He joined the HLS staff in 2004. Outside of the classroom, his interests include: Bible, basketball, movies, and Shakespeare. He is also a Maryland certified Emergency Medical Technician. Mr. Kretzschmar resides in Baltimore County.
