Rev. Mark Hotopp, teacher, is a 2001 graduate from Concordia University in Austin, TX where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music and a 2005 graduate from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO where he received a Masters of Divinity degree. He comes to HLS from Living Water Lutheran Church in Rosedale, MD.  He is the campus pastor and high school theology teacher.  Pastor Hotopp enjoys playing music, basketball, and outdoors activities.
